Barry Baker of West Chester, PA thought it would be funny to make fun of a guy with cerebral palsy then punch him in the face.
29-year-old Barry Baker and friends were inside of a 7-Eleven when the 22-year-old victim involved in this incident walked into the store. Reports state that Baker and his friends made fun of the man, who has cerebral palsy.
Baker and friends followed the man out into the parking lot where they continued to make fun of him. The man turns around to confront the childish behavior, when suddenly Baker sucker punched him in the face.
Baker was arrested, charged with simple assault, and could be facing other charges. West Chester Police Chied Scott Bohn stated “The defendant’s actions in this case are appalling. You wonder what would make an individual treat somebody like that.”
To be honest, I wouldn’t have felt bad at all if the victim pulled a gun out and shot Baker. There are sick people out there, folks. Be prepared and stay vigilant.
